Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before requesting or receiving services from Heritage Tree Solutions LLC (“Heritage Tree Solutions,” “we,” “us”). By scheduling or accepting service, you agree to the following.
Heritage Tree Solutions LLC provides tree care and arboricultural services including, but not limited to, tree trimming, pruning, removal, stump grinding, storm damage cleanup, tree planting, and landscape design. Services are provided in Southern Rhode Island and Eastern Connecticut.
Free estimates are available for residential customers and qualifying commercial projects. Estimates are provided based on visible conditions at the time of the site visit. Additional scope, hazardous conditions discovered during work, or site access issues not identified at the time of the estimate may affect the final cost. We will communicate any changes before proceeding.
Payment terms will be communicated at the time of estimate and confirmed prior to service commencement. Heritage Tree Solutions LLC reserves the right to require a deposit on larger projects.
Please provide reasonable advance notice if you need to cancel or reschedule a scheduled service. We understand that weather and other circumstances arise, and we will work with you to find a suitable alternative time.
The customer is responsible for ensuring that Heritage Tree Solutions LLC has safe and clear access to the work site on the scheduled service date. This includes unlocking gates, relocating vehicles, and addressing any other access obstacles.
Cleanup of debris generated by the service will be addressed as outlined in the project estimate. Any specific cleanup requests should be communicated and agreed upon before work begins.
Heritage Tree Solutions LLC will perform work in accordance with accepted industry standards. We are not responsible for damage caused by pre-existing conditions in trees or on the property that were not visible or disclosed at the time of the estimate, or for underground utilities and structures not properly marked prior to service.
Emergency storm response calls are handled on a priority basis. Response times vary depending on demand, location, and conditions. We will communicate an estimated arrival time as soon as possible after contact.
